I had attended CSJ’s rally once. At one point, some people were shouting at the police when they were doing crowd control. CSJ asked them to give respect to the `Men in Uniform’ as they are doing their job.

I do not see CSJ as a person who would incite violence.

In the first place, why offer bonds to PRCs or foreign students…? Can’t we just offer them to local students…? Do we really need all these “foreign talents”…? Many of our own Singaporean already cannot afford tertiary education with all the rising cost and fees…Shouldn’t we be considering them first…? If not, then what is the point of building more and more primary schools and secondary schools if our own born and bred here youngsters cannot get into a local uni here…

Ah yes & HDB keep claiming they make loss in yearly report. What loss they are talkin about even with 35,000 flats unsold ? Maybe loss in paying building contractors but actual cost per HDB unit unknown ? Loss in paying cleaning & sweeping fees ?

After that although empty flats temporary in cold storage, don’t have to pay rental , installment or property tax as normal landlords / tenants do. Only paper loss ( accounting tricks ).
