YPAP leader Sinha Shekhar accused of parking at inappropriate lot?

Controversial YPAP leader and new citizen from India Mr Sinha Shekhar may have become a famous public figure in Singapore.
One of our readers Mr Fernando claimed he saw Mr Sinha parking his golden color Toyota Picnic SFS 77**J on 24 July 2010 at around 10.30pm at a carpark lot meant for heavy vehicle.
He alleged that there were other empty lots available and wondered why Mr Sinha chose to park there.
“Arrogance write on your face and you were oblivious to the fact that you are not allowed to park at lots at all. Please note that despite driving a Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV), it does not mean that your vehicle is considered to be ‘heavy vehicle’. The worst thing was that there were many parking lots for cars that are available, but you chose to park at such lots that deprive heavy vehicle drivers from parking their vehicles,” he wrote. Unfortunately, he did not include a photograph to substantiate his claims. We have tried to verify the incident with Mr Sinha Shekhar on the YPAP Facebook, but has yet to receive a reply from him.
Mr Sinha Shekhar sparked a massive outcry among Singaporeans last month when his comments on the YPAP Facebook calling PAP critics as “DOGS” were reported widely in the mainstream media:

Mr Sinha Shekhar had initially said he would clarify his infamous “DOGS” remarks to the public, but nothing has been heard from him so far though he has resumed posting on the YPAP and REACH Facebooks.
A speech therapist by training, Mr Sinha Shekhar obtained his Singapore citizenship in 1994 at 25 years of age. He joined the PAP four years later, rising fast high up its rank to become its most prominent face in cyberspace. He is currently the Head of Rehabilitation at Ang Mo Kio Community Hospital. He did not serve a SINGLE day of National Service.
Despite his perceived arrogance, YPAP Chairman Teo Ser Luck has elected to remain silent on the fiasco and appears to lend tacit support to him.
With more and more new citizens joining the PAP and becoming grassroots leaders, Singaporeans may have to contend with more Sinha Shekhars in time to come.

If what is said to be true..then I strongly recommend that Fernando write to the relevant authorities. provide photo evidence if possible. We see whether Spore practises double standards. Also post the picture in STOMP.
He is acting ahead of his time. This place will soon be flooded with them anyway.
Next time take photos, may photos at different angles then post everywhere, STOMP, TR, TOC, etc.
Let see if Sinha deny the accusation. The place of event and the vehicle descript are explicitly mentioned. TIME mentioned is a NEUTRAL WITNESS of the event. Sinha should know the truth. It would be more than INTERESTING to hear Sinha’s precise, succint comments on this subject-matter either on his facebook or Reach facebook. As such a high public profile person attacking Singaporeans as dogs, there is a compelling public interest to know where he stands on public morality.

Dear Indian PR, especially Mr Sinha Shekhar,you can practise your caste system in India. Have some respect for fellow Singaporeans. Don’t be rude and teach your kids courtesy. I have very bad experience with PRs especially Indians. They come to Singapore to earn good money and they think they can even boss kids from ITE to help their stingy wife carry the stroller when boarding the bus.They are so stingy…don’t even take a cab. The same thing when taking the lift.Not even a thank you.
