India must look upon Singapore favourably like what China’s doing, at least allowing her to compete with the rest.

Afer all, there are a sizeable Indian community here with Indian guanzi dependent on our economy?

Secondly, a lot of foreign exchange is remitted back to India from the foreign workers of South India (just visist Serangoon Road in the weekends). Sorry, I mean don’t cos the human traffic literally spills onto the roads.

Thirdly, Singapore has been providing lot of job opportunities & PRship to Indian IT personnel.

Forthly, Singapore has a sizeable capital investment in Indian economy itself, particularly in Bangalore.

India can surely reciprocate.

Perhaps we should consider importing more and more IT talents from India and from anywhere in the world here, to train them better, give them more experience, give them better opportunities and let them have strong foundation in their work and at the end let them screw us in return. Good deal ain’t it.

Clap clap. Singaporeans can now die of more lack of business and more poverty. Haven’t you seen that sobstory advertisement about a retrenched person whose family eats 2 meals of instant noodles a day and asking people to buy $2 lego bricks for donation. It’s like asking the poor to help the poor.
