UNFAIRLY
1) Exploiting taxpayers monies of S$180 million sounded like in Africa.
2) Closing down of NTUC Fairprice outlet in PP is depriving common citizens the rights to basic necessity.
3) Cancelling of SBS Bus services in PP is depriving basic communication facility for every taxpayers in PP.
4) Disrupting the openning of PP MRT Station is a cowardly act.
5) Threatening to turn PP into “SLUMS” without Lift upgrading is against the whole nation’s pride.
6) Our Mr. President watching and not doing anything to help the people is an act of ????? (I dont know; a loss of words).

nobody should be made to pay for upgrading. if we can lose tens of billions of dollars buying western banks, why can’t we just use a few billons for upgrading?

anyway upgrading is a big con job. nobody knows the exact cost and no one ask cos its paid thru CPF and therefore you don’t feel it.

As Sylvia Lim mentioned, LUP is really addressing a design flaw in HDB flats. In software term, that means a patch.

I can’t help but to think how funny it is that a patch is used as if it is some sort of ultimate prize.

I guess only PAP can make a mistake and then capitalise on that mistake.

Lift Upgrading ? I heard the folks at Joo Seng is piss with the lift upgrading. It has been going for a year now and the lift upgrading is not even completed for Lift A !! They just moved the completion date without telling the resident why !!

Where does money come from to pay and pay the upgrades, for all upgrades in any HDB estate?
