A3: Sally Ang: “SHUT UP and SIT DOWN!”

Excerpts:

Margaret Thomas: “Josie, I am sorry, you are over with your 3 minutes”

[Crowd broke into applause]

Sally Ang: “No disruption, please. SHUT UP AND SIT DOWN!!”

[Crowd protest and wanted her to be out]

Josie: “Order please! I would like to apologize for the outburst. I apologize for the outburst. Would you please sit down? Let me get on. I have apologized on behalf of my exco.”

[Crowd continued booing]

Crowd: “OUT!!! OUT!!! OUT!!!”

Josie: “As President of the exco, I will take responsibility for the words and I will apologize.”

Maureen: “Excuse me ladies and gentleman, excuse me ladies and gentlemen, can we have some peace and quiet, we are all grown up women.”

Sally Ang: “Okay, I will offer my apologies, but I will appreciate that everybody will give the President a chance to speak without any unruly INTERRUPTION!!”

Josie: “Ladies and gentleman, Sally has already apologized, so please be gracious and accept it. Let the meeting continue”

A4: Supporters of old guards called for motion of no confidence against Josie and team

    Seriously, how much more EPIC FAIL do they want to harvest?

    And that is very rude of Sally to say SHUT UP AND SIT DOWN, how can a person with no leadership quality and doesn’t have the necessary level of EQ to be in the exco?

    But thanks to their epic failure abilities, AWARE has been well-known throughout the nation now. Old guard FTW!!

    Who does Sally Ang think she is, a school discipline mistress during assembly? What a rude outburst, she is so crude, her mama never taught her manners, no “please” used.

    Er, can someone do a rap of her notorious SHUT UP & SIT DOWN as remembrance of this ex-EXCO’s notoriety. Just like Christian Bale’s outburst during a filming scene of Terminators where someone felt his profanities should be kept for posterity.

    Sally is very rude and should be ashamed of her behavour. Though she did apologise, the damaged to her reputation and standing is already done.

    I am truly shocked that we have such barbaric so called “highly educated” people in Singapore. It gravely disturbs me further on how many more similarly disgraceful types are actually holding influential positions in Singapore that will negatively affect the overall long term well being of every citizens unequally.

    This Sally is monstrously uncivil and coarse and she looks the part too. She did NOT apologise. She literally shouted angrily at the crowd in defiance. I cannot imagine what creatures they are festering at COOS. I am still speechless. And not even to discuss TSM. Her similarly self inflated elitist looks all over the Sunday newspapers says it all. Scary.

    i’ve met sally many times for public notarizing and she’s always been kind and nice, although she tries to tell me about church quite a bit….

    really shocked that she would shout this kinda stuff.
