Badminton Notes: Do workout REGULARLY. Jog 20 mins, Pumping 20x, Sit up 20x, jump 30x, Chin up 10x and Shadow run 5 minutes. No numbness no gain.. begin with half first. Also try Jump Smash and Punch, move forward to pounce. Time it nicely. If you can’t do something ’significant’, do something ‘meaningful’. Google for Terry Orlick book (In Pursuit of Excellence). Request it from your nearest Library. You must read this if you want to be a good player. Remember 1% inspiration 99% perspiration.
